The YMCA has been around for 180 years and is the world leader in Spirit Mind and Body Wellness. Working with the YMCA, we created the Wellness Café™. The YMCA Wellness Café establishes a community-focused wellness experience with holistic engagement modes and methods for the YMCA’s global member base and offers plug-and-play integration with YMCA’s business customers and partners via their very own Wellness Café portal interface
We worked closely with the YMCA to understand their business and operations requirements. We detailed their current processes and identified pain points for resolution and opportunities for enhancing member value and ROI. We then created an entire systems design, mock-up, and workflow, to ensure we maximize all opportunities for the YMCA’s mission. A “healthiest” life is a personal journey.
What We’ve Done
